測(cè)試友商的49S/24M20pF20ppm、49S/8M20pF20ppm、49S/16M20pF20ppm的參數(shù),5.具體測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)如下:隨機(jī)選擇FCom的相同頻率,日本富士晶體晶振相同的標(biāo)稱參數(shù)測(cè)試所示.

結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)友商的頻率通常是負(fù)的.雖然友商標(biāo)稱±20ppm的產(chǎn)品精度符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但一般控制在±10ppm以上,有的高達(dá)±18ppm,這對(duì)于FCom來說已經(jīng)是不合格產(chǎn)品了.標(biāo)稱±20ppmFCom產(chǎn)品精度一般控制在±10ppm以內(nèi).

同時(shí)友商產(chǎn)品的DLD2值過大.DLD2值是測(cè)試晶振在運(yùn)行過程中的最大電阻值和最小電阻值之間的差值.具體反應(yīng)是晶振與IC諧振時(shí)電阻值的變化,功率在0.01μW100μW之間.如果晶振的DLD2值過大,晶振可能會(huì)在運(yùn)行過程中停止振蕩.例如,友商的一款產(chǎn)品的DLD2值達(dá)到了5.7歐姆,說明晶振的電阻值不穩(wěn)定,產(chǎn)品的一致性不夠.FCom產(chǎn)品的DLD2值都在1歐姆以內(nèi),比友商的產(chǎn)品更加一致

DLD2值和FDLD2較大的主要原因如下:
