這三個(gè)系統(tǒng)也采用不同方式來(lái)喚醒駕駛員的注意力,以及不同的升級(jí)順序和故障安全措施.對(duì)于高級(jí)輔助駕駛的使用,IIHS所篩選出的這三種系統(tǒng)都使用方向盤(pán)中的傳感器來(lái)檢測(cè)駕駛員何時(shí)把手放在方向盤(pán)上.愛(ài)普生晶振不同的是凱迪拉克的SuperCruise允許駕駛員長(zhǎng)期將手從方向盤(pán)上移開(kāi),日產(chǎn)/英菲尼迪ProPILOTAssist和特斯拉Autopilot是要求駕駛駕駛員基本上雙手要在方向盤(pán)上,并通過(guò)面向駕駛員的攝像頭來(lái)監(jiān)控駕駛員有沒(méi)有在看路.還有一些系統(tǒng)能夠執(zhí)行變道和其他高級(jí)操作.
