長期穩(wěn)定性長期穩(wěn)定性可以用老化率表示.我們選取了同樣頻率的石英振蕩器和MEMS振蕩器在122天(2928小時)為周期測量老化率.MEMS振蕩器顯示大于1ppm的頻率跳躍(短期穩(wěn)定性),并未建立長期的趨勢.石英振蕩器的數(shù)據(jù)點最大變化為0.26ppm.
短期穩(wěn)定性我們選取了日本進口晶振同樣頻率的石英振蕩器和MEMS振蕩器,在25°C條件下,每隔0.1秒測量一次調(diào)整偏差,總共八分鐘.頻率變化以一次讀數(shù)引用的ppm顯示.石英振蕩器的變化量小于±0.02ppm(20ppb).試驗數(shù)據(jù)表明石英振蕩器和MEMS振蕩器的設(shè)計和特性不一樣.MEMS器件中的低Q值會導(dǎo)致頻率變化.MEMS振蕩器的ppm的快速變化表明溫度補償電路在時刻根據(jù)諧振器溫度變化而變化.PPL電路中的數(shù)字變化,用于校正頻率.石英振蕩器有更好的Q值,并且不需要數(shù)字校正信號,因此短期穩(wěn)定更好.試驗結(jié)果表明,石英振蕩器的短時穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于MEMS振蕩器,并且石英振蕩器的Q值高MEMS硅晶振,愛普生石英晶振Q24FA20H0017200

溫度穩(wěn)定性我們選取了同樣頻率的石英振蕩器和MEMS振蕩器從-40°C到+85°C,以一分鐘增加2°C的速率進行對比頻率溫度穩(wěn)定性的試驗.石英晶體振蕩器的頻率與溫度遵循AT切晶體的連續(xù)立方曲線,從-40到+85°C達到±15ppm.MEMS振蕩器的頻率與溫度特性似乎優(yōu)于晶體振蕩器.

電子設(shè)備和通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的振蕩器選擇工業(yè)級晶振是影響系統(tǒng)性能的主要因素.目前振蕩器有兩種:
