愛(ài)普生SG3225EAN差分晶振高頻率低相位噪聲,此系列差分晶振頻率公差為±20×10-6、低相位抖動(dòng)為0.27ps typ.不僅具有高精度,高溫度性能,低抖動(dòng),并且具有耐高實(shí)現(xiàn)了-40℃~+85℃的工作溫度范圍,輸出方式為市場(chǎng)所需的LV-PECL和LVDS兩種,可供電源電壓2.5V~3.3V,具有低功耗,低消耗電流等特點(diǎn).

京瓷開發(fā)出微型壓電晶體CX1008(1.0×0.8mm),現(xiàn)已上市并提供批量銷售.同尺寸的還有NDK的NX1008AA晶振.體積小,具有與CX1210貼片晶振同等電氣特性.一般情況下,當(dāng)水晶振動(dòng)子的尺寸從1.2×1.0mm減小到1.0×0.8mm時(shí),串聯(lián)電阻值(CI值)會(huì)升高30%左右,因此,需要對(duì)搭載水晶振動(dòng)子的電路板進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的修改.而京瓷通過(guò)壓電分析技術(shù),對(duì)水晶元件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),將尺寸減小到1.0×0.8mm,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了與CX1210同等電氣特性,京瓷CX1008SB晶振體積小性能優(yōu)越,因此使用時(shí)無(wú)需更改電路板的電路設(shè)計(jì).
